[Do you have big goals that you can never seem to reach?] Firstly, I believe that the reason why so many people fail to achieve their goals is because putting in the work at the start, is the hardest part - and that's something that can be intimidating. It's much easier for them to stay comfortable, and most do.
Secondly, if they ARE willing to do that hard work, they often begin to get impatient if they don't see results after awhile.
This impatience grows and instead of working harder, they begin to slack off because they can't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
