I found my new favorite vegetable. It's called 冰草 in Chinese (literally translated "ice grass"). It has crystal dew looking things on the sides and taste kind of squishy and crunchy like succulents! You eat it raw and dip it in honey vinegar sauce, mayo, or peanut sauce. Any idea what it's called in English? They need to start selling this stuff in the US! Should sell like hot cakes like kale because it tastes so much better!!
