I don't use soya products often, but picked up a pack of Explore Asian organic soya bean spaghetti really cheap the other day - so this is my creation!

Lots of veg to help me hit my micronutrients, this tasted amazing and got the thumbs up from the husband!

My super tasty catbonara had just 318 calories, 27g carbs, 3g fat & 39g protein

I've coated my fish fillet in breadcrumbs & my chips are made from carrots & roasted in the oven.

The base is made with locally sourced & produced sourdough bread, which has been combined with maca powder, egg white and a little stevia. Maca is excellent for hormonal function.
The base is topped with antioxidant rich blueberries, fair trade, ban marie melted dark chocolate and @theproteinworks melted down peanut butter
