I made this one yesterday and this time came out incredibly super delicious, whiter than usually and so velvety!
Ingredients: roasted eggplant, sunflower oil, salt, raw onion.
At the end, according to your taste, you may add roasted peppers, lemon zest. I had fresh dill and that was divine! Amazingly healthy! Serve with bread, or different fresh veggies. The eggplant is recommended by nutritionists especially for its low level in calories! .
