I promote "clean eating". What the heck is it? It means trying to buy, cook, and eat real food as much as you can. All food groups are allowed, but some less and some more. 🍒🥔🍗🥒🍳 It means trying not to have lots of packaged meals, or foods with lots of additives. Think all natural. NO I don't make my own yogurt or grind oats, but you get the idea. Luckily, more and more foods are being sold preservative free, or sugar free.👍Of course at times I still love cheetos!
I feel amazing. I have more energy, and I have lost 15lbs. 👏 I have worked out and gained muscle and definition. I feel confident in my clothes.
So of course then folks say that a shake is terrible and you can make fruit (sugar filled) smoothies.🍵 I agree many other shakes are poor. Many aren't much more than whey or pea protein filled with contaminants. I get it. That is why you NEED to research.💻 You need to look up the ingredients, see what their benefits are. You need to invest a little more for quality.⚡ My daily breakfast has 70 ingredients that I could not easily source. I trust the creator who travels the world finding plants used for thousands of years for energy, immune health, heart function, sugar stability, digestive function, cholesterol stability, inflammation lowering and more. 👐
So before you judge, do YOUR research too. My life has changed for the better all due to a well made super food drink.😍.
