. . . Force feeding myself is no fun. It makes me feel sick and lethargic. Summing up I feel miserable. BUT if you want to pack on size it's a must. I might dirty up my bulk a little bit (just a lil bit) otherwise I’ll feel bloated and nauseous all day from eating tons of clean food... 🤢 . .
Never would I ever think the day would come when I would go to the grocery store to primarily get more veggies! @jennilyn33 you have changed me lol. But for those who don't exactly "prefer" the taste of veggies over some other carbs (cookies/cake) these are a quick and easy way to get veggies in for the day.
In 5 min you have 3 1/2 servings of veggies and what I've been doing lately, just to get it in, is pouring the whole bag out on my plate so I have to eat it. Is it the most enjoyable? No. Does your body benefit? Absolutely!
