To all my ladies having CELLULITE is normal, 🙋🏻I have them and there's not need to be embarrassed🙅🏻at the gym when you are working out. I like to squeeze my glutes really hard (it might not look pretty but it works) to force additional blood into them. Also it's very important to Create a mind and muscle connection (signal sent by the brain to your muscles telling them to contract). Challenging your muscles by increasing the weight as you progress little by little and having a low fat diet will help you reduce cellulite.

Let's talk about CELLULITE!! To all my ladies having cellulite is normal, 🙋🏻I have them and there's not need to be embarrassed🙅🏻. Unlike most men, women tend to store fat in their tights, hips and buttocks. Also genetics plays a role here. Firming the muscle underneath the cellulite will help smooth the skin's appearance. Training the lower body at least two times a week, increasing the weight as you progress to challenge your muscles will help to reduce it, along with a healthy diet☝️.
