Let's talk about CELLULITE!! To all my ladies having cellulite is normal, 🙋🏻I have them and there's not need to be embarrassed🙅🏻. Unlike most men, women tend to store fat in their tights, hips and buttocks. Also genetics plays a role here. Firming the muscle underneath the cellulite will help smooth the skin's appearance. Glutes & Hamstrings focused routine! 👯Tag your workout partner and try these!
🔸Pull through (Glutes, hamstrings, lower back). Face away from the machine with your feet set wide apart and keep your knees slightly bent. Avoid pulling the rope with your shoulders, all the movement should come from your hips. 🔸Single leg deadlift (Hamstrings, gluteus, adductor). 🔸Standing Leg Curl (Hamstrings) 🔸Cable Kickbacks (Glutes, hamstrings). When doing this one, pause at the top for a second.
