Avoid pulling the rope with your shoulders, all the movement should come from your hips. 🔸Single leg deadlift (Hamstrings, gluteus, adductor). 🔸Standing Leg Curl (Hamstrings) 🔸Cable Kickbacks (Glutes, hamstrings). When doing this one, pause at the top for a second.
