When we do tacos, we always get a variety and share, that way we can taste a little bit of everything, and here we absolutely recommend you do the same...
Tim ended up with a Kimchi Beef Taco, which was filled with Korean Beef BBQ, kimchi and sesame seeds on a flour tortilla (our preference) it was incredibly flavorful and definitely his favorite! He also got the Tempura Shrimp Taco, which had a nice balance, slightly mild for our taste but a solid taco. I had the Baja Fish taco which was SO good, I could’ve had 5 more! The mahi mahi was tender and the ancho chile yogurt sauce had just the perfect amount of kick. My other choice was the Southwest Seared Tuna Taco (cooked to your liking, I got rare), which was also a good combo especially if you like your tuna on the raw side. It was very light and refreshing and definitely something different!
We’re pretty sure there isn’t a bad taco on the menu, although we are hoping to go back and make sure!
Other recommendations: salsa, guacamole and queso sampler - sounds simple, but it won’t disappoint, their fresh ingredients are spectacular and the love for their food showed in everything we had!
And please don’t forget about the margaritas, we tried several including the Original Frozen Driver, which we highly recommend, it’s the perfect way to relax and cool down out of the sun. .
