Which I may have eaten straight from the pan 🤷♀️
Made in 5 mins flat and it was gooooddddd ✊
Recipe you ask?
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in saucepan + add in broccoli and sauté for 2 mins
- Throw in some shredded kale or spinach, cherry tomatoes + whatever cooked grain you have in the fridge (turmeric quinoa for me this week!) Sauté again for a further 2 mins
- Make two holes in the pan and crack an egg into each. Cover pan with a lid and cook for around 3 mins or until the whites are done
- Remove from heat, top with fresh herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and some 🧀 if that tickles your fancy
