I talk a lot about having a “satisfaction factor” in your meals. What do I mean by this? It means making sure there is something on your plate that will fulfill a craving, have you feeling satisfied at the end of the meal, and bring some JOY into your life. ✨
This morning I had a fried duck egg on #gf toast with ghee (clarified butter), greens, and local kraut. The ghee added some fulfilling fat, while the kraut added some zing and salt.
