Tonight’s wine dinner is a collaboration between Baywater Farms (out of Salisbury, MD) & the lovely rosés of Jackson Family Wineries. •
First course: Baywater Farm Crunchy radishes - shaved fennel, red mizuna greens, fermented Fifer Orchard strawberries, poppy seeds & a strawberry vinegar. Being served with the lovely Cambria Rosé of Pinot Noir from Santa Maria Valley, CA. 🍓🌿

Fifth course: Angel Food Cake - Fifer Orchard strawberries, basil meringue, Saba drizzle, black pepper & a strawberry purée. Being paired with the oh-so-delicious Barrymore Rosé of Pinot Noir from Monterey, CA.

Fourth Course: Braised Veal Breast - Castle Valley Mills white polenta, black garlic romesco, gochugang & maple hot sauce, smoke Baywater Farm beets & red Russian kale. Being partnered with Willakenzie Rosé of Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon.
