One of my favourite desserts. I'm quarks no.1 fan. I love it more than anything! Ok maybe not more than my husband in case he sees this ;-) I used to syn options low calorie hot chocolate. Now I use protein powder and syn that instead. I only add 5g, as I don't need it mega sweet. Add 10g if you prefer a stronger taste. Mine is just 1 syn, 2 of using 10g. So worth it.
My protein I have here is by @neat_nutrition it's 5.5 syns for a sachet, which is 30g. I thought I'd run out, but after sorting my cupboards out (fun job!) I found it! Bonus!
I prefer to mix my powder in with food, as I could never ever have a protein shake as a meal replacement. Been there and done that pre sw. I now know better. I'm all about food!! There's 24g of protein in 30g, only 1.5g of fat and 1.2g of carbs. So a really really good option if you exercise. Its Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians too. I'm definitely ordering more!!
