🥔White potatoes 🥔 ◽️ Starchy carbs DON'T make you fat, excessive calories will. ◽️ Sadly, if you purposely avoid carbohydrates, like WHITE potatoes for long spurts of time, you can drastically slow down your hormones and metabolic channel that's responsible for our bodies ability to burn fat. ◽️ When eating starchy carbohydrates, like white potatoes, make sure you pair with lean protein. ◽️ Make sure your activity level is high enough, (you're exercising, walking, staying physically active) in order to USE the energy that carbohydrates provide. ◽️ Last night we enjoyed white potatoes, (as our starchy carbohydrates) sliced, roasted on a pan lined with tinfoil, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
