Gastromasa Awards-Awareness is given to Basque Culinary Center Director Joxe Mari Aizega!
Joxe Mari Aizega is the head of the Basque Culinary Center, including the School of Gastronomy Science and the I + D Center for Food and Gastronomy. The Basque Culinary Center is also the first Gastronomic School to have an official degree in gastronomy and culinary arts. Joxe Mari Aizega is the founder and pioneer of this center created with the support of public institutions, world-renowned chefs, private companies and Mondragon University. In addition, they come to the forefront with the Basque Culinary World Prize, which is given every year, and the support of the social responsibility projects combined with gastronomy. The "Gastromasa Awards will be given for the first time at the Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, which is organized for the third time this year. The “Awareness” category award will be presented to the Director of the Basque Culinary Center Joxe Mari Aizega on the stage.
