1 cup almond milk
1 scoop Cellucor Corfetti protein
Lots of ice
Blend and top with sprinkles for fun #foodiebecky

Dinner in full effect ๐Ÿ Protein... Yes protein pasta! Barilla pasta brand has a new line of protein pasta. 17g of protein per serving, I'll take it ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿป I made wine shrimp pasta for dinner.
1 pound shrimp
1 package Barilla angel hair protein pasta
1 cup white wine (any will do)
1/2 cup of the pasta broth left over
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
2 garlic cloves
Chili flakes (to your liking)
2 Tbsp of butter (don't be afraid to use a little fat!)
Chopped parsley to your liking
Cook pasta and drain, but before you drain, save 1/2 cup of the broth.
Cook shrimp separately with olive oil spray and garlic salt and set aside when done.
In a separate, pan melt butter and sautรฉe chili flakes with chopped garlic for 1-2 mins
Add 1 cup of wine, 1/2 cup pasta broth, and lemon juice and cook for 1-2 mins.
Toss in the pasta, shrimp, parsley, and lemon zest.

Banana berry smoothie for breakfast. Been making this shake for 4 years now and it's one of my favorites.
1 cup any milk, (nonfat, almond, coconut, cashew, or rice)
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup each strawberries and blueberries
1/2 banana

Happy Monday! ๐ŸŒธ I made my banana ๐ŸŒspiced protein shake to start the day! Today is my favorite day at the gym, leg day ๐Ÿ‘ so fuel is important โ›ฝ๏ธ
1/2 cup almond or cashew milk
1/2 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein
A pinch of the following: allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg
If you're using cashew milk, I would suggest adding a small amount of water, otherwise it will be too thick.
If using almond milk and you would like a thicker consistency, add about 1/8 tsp xantham gum #foodiebecky

Post workout on high carb ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ– day! Went to the gym and needed to run ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป errands afterwards so of course I found myself without my meal preps๐Ÿ˜‘. Thanks ๐Ÿ™ to my coach he gave me a whole booklet on healthy fast food choices. I came to Jimmy Johns and ordered this: turkey ๐Ÿฆƒ breast sandwich with wheat ๐ŸŒพ bread ๐Ÿž , no mayo, no cheese ๐Ÿง€ with avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ spread, lettuce, tomato ๐Ÿ…, cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ and sprouts. Churro cheesecake! If you saw my story, this is what I was making ๐Ÿ˜ณ NOT clean, but hey what do I always say... balance! โš–๏ธ 2 cans 8oz of Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
2 pkg 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup sugar divided
13x9" baking pan
Unroll one of the cans of crescent dough and press it onto the greased pan to form a crust. Press the seems to seal
With a hand mixture, beat the cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and 1/2 cup of sugar
Spread it onto the crust
Unroll the remaining can of crescent dough onto a large sheet of wax paper. Pat and spread out the dough sealing the seams
Invert it on top of cream cheese to form a crust
Bake 30-35mins under 350F
Combine remaining 1/2c sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top after done โœ…
