My first off-season full meal 😍
I had a shake this morning but that isn't as cool sooo~~
-3oz filet- 177 cal/ 24g protein/ 0g carb/ 9g fat
-1oz FF feta- 36 cal/ 7g protein/ 2g carb/ 0g fat
-OPA ranch- 40 cal/ 1g protein/ 1g carb/ 3.5g fat
-2.5c spinach- 12 cal/ 2g protein/ 1g carb/ 0g fat
-1 shelled walnut- 18cal/ 0g protein/ 0g carb/ 2g fat
-1/4 Jasmine rice- 45 cal/ 1g protein/ 11g carb/ 0g fat
(Not shown but I ate the rice on the side for some carbs)
Protein| 35 grams
Net Carbohydrates| 15 grams
Fat| 14.5 grams
Talk about an excellent source of good fats 😍

I totally meant to get quinoa and put that in instead of having rice but ya gotta do whatcha gotta do. Regardless quinoa in this salad would taste AMAZING!!!
If you don't eat red meat, sub it for chicken and avocado 🥑🤤
Ate this puppy right before legs and it was the perfect fuel for me.
