Gone are the days where I would abuse food and abuse my body because of the trapped frame of mind I was in. One of the most freeing things for me in life has been getting ahold of my relationship with food 🙏🥑🍍🍌🍉🍫🍯

There are so many misconceptions about sugar...one is that it gets stored as fat apparently...I thought so too once - until I allowed myself to be open and learn how it affects the body, thyroid and not to mention, your brain and sanity 😂💁♀️
