HERE WE GO.....June 5-June 26th!! Over the next 3 weeks, we will be focusing on our nutrition and understanding food and how it sculpts & affects our bodies, mind and mood. You will learn about food prepping, clean eating recipes, tips on portions, learning what certain foods can do to your overall wellness, moving your body and how to be happy and stay happy for YOU and those around you.
