OMG!! Not to brag, but this should be on the manu at a fancy restaurant! Delicious!! I love using different fats when cooking, they make food healthy and tasty. Here I used: coconut oil, bacon fat (from cooking the bacon), grass fed butter and jalapeno- infused olive oil. And of course, more healthy fats coming from the eggs and the avocado.
Another great thing to include are vegetables. They provide vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and fiber that will feed the good bacteria in your gut.
Please, don't feed your body a bowl of cereal in the morning, or a cereal bar in the car. Make the little extra effort and start the day with a nourishing breakfast. :)
