Any tips for packing for a 2 week (#Cuba) vacation in a backpack? I actually really reduced the clothes but all the other things took up so much space (I took some nut mix, vitamins, protein bars, my toiletries and some extra things for the locals there 🙈) We shall see this evening how it goes😂 plus I want to have my backpack as a carry on so I cannot fill it up really🙈

Last few days I have been keeping everything very basic✌😏 That means porridge (either buckwheat or #GF oats) to which I add a plant based protein powder ( I have been using @sunwarriordeutschland for a while now and I love it👍), ashwaghanda and reishi powder to help me cope with the stress and topping it off with some good fats (nuts, seeds), bea pollen for that immunity and some fruit 🍊 yum!

I do miss creating a bit more and making new recipes but these past weeks have been crazy...especially this week as I am going to vacation in 2 days☀ #cantwait plus damn I am not a fan of the winter (no) light and have to change up my phone sooon😂
Soo to make your life easier in similar situations my advice is #keepitsimple and #mealprep 😉
