Enkel og super og lage.
Kutt opp en hel blomkål, en stor bit brokkoli, (ca en halv)
Kutt opp en stor gullerot, en halv løk og en halv purreløk. Hold igjen noen buketter med blomkål og noe skrelt gullerot til slutt. Kok alt mørt med 8dl vann og 2dl melk. Bland i hønsebuljong evt grønnsaksbuljong. Kjør alt med stavmikser og tilsett buketter og skrell du har lagt tilside. Stek bacon imens alt putrer. Server✨

This is what I've read in the last 4 weeks. It is amazing what you can do when you set an intention. I've never been, nor do i consider myself, a fast reader but i committed to myself that i would start reading a book a week and so far I've surpassed that. It's not a special talent of reading i have. It is simply putting in the work. Making the choice that i am going to read instead of whatever other impulsive acts i might be inclined to make.
I am on a steady pursuit of knowledge. There is so much information out that and it is available to us instantly. All we have to do is put in the time and effort. It is easy to get distracted by much simpler, easily laid out, cause and effect, instant gratification that our society makes so effortlessly available to us.
Make the choice. Not necessarily reading but whatever it might be that you truly want for yourself, make the commitment to make that happen for you and don't waver on this promise to yourself. You are in charge of your mind. You are in charge of your life. Will, think and bring into existence the life you want to live.
