The next best thing to my dads food is my uncles food. Those of you who don’t know me or my family, I come from a family of chefs, I am 4th generation chef 👨🍳. I learned all these amazing dishes from my father who passed away almost 6 years ago. My uncle still owns his place in Van Nuys, CA, that’s where my cravings are satisfied. This is the Khash-khash Kebab with Antakali Bread on top. This was my favorite dish growing up. It’s seasoned group beef 🐄 over a bed of bbq’d tomatoes 🍅, onions, parsley topped with tomato 🍅, onions, pine nuts, bell peppers 🌶 on top of a pita bread toasted to perfection. So delicious and mouth watering😋. Try it next time your in the area.
