Superfood Salad
Serves 4 to 6
There is no universal agreement as to which foods fit the "superfoods" definition. A superfood is typically a nutritional powerhouse that contains lots of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. There are many superfoods, and by no means does this mean you should eat as many of them as you can in one sitting or that you should limit your diet to superfoods. It’s important to have variety in what you eat. I think you will not only enjoy this salad, from Liz Moody, Sr. Food Editor at mindbodygreen, but also feel energized and healthier after eating it. (gentle edits) Bon Appetit!

1 medium-size garlic clove, minced
½ tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp pure Grade B maple syrup or raw organic honey
2 Tbs raw cider vinegar
6 Tbs unrefined, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil

8 cups organic baby spinach leaves OR arugula (about 5 ounces)
1½ cups cooked quinoa
2 cups finely chopped red cabbage
1 cup blueberries or pomegranate seeds (whichever is in season)
¼ cup chopped Brazil nuts
1 cup broccoli sprouts or sprouts of choice (about 2 ounces)
1 (6- to 7-ounce) can wild salmon, preferably without bones (omit for vegan/vegetarian)
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed

1. Prepare the dressing: Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a medium-size bowl or shake in a jar with a screw-top lid.

Веганский рецепт брауни без сахара и масла!
Таким можно побаловать не опасаясь за фигуру 😉
⚫️200 гр отварного нута
⚫️2-3 спелых банана ⚫️3 ст л обезжиренного какао
⚫️30 гр горького шоколада
✔️Отварной нут нужно пюрировать в блендере. Минут 5-7. Чтобы получилась масса без целых кусочков нута . Затем банан ✔️Соединяем нут , банан ,какао и отправляем снова все в блендер ✔️На маленькие кусочки ломаем шоколад, добавляем его в нашу шоколадную массу ✔️Далее заливаем тесто в форму для запекания (силиконовую, маслом не смазываем, тк ничего не прилипает) и готовим в духовке 20-25 мин👅при t 180 ✔️После приготовления дайте брауни мин 30 остыть, только после этого можно порезать на порционные кусочки.
Он будет намного вкуснее, если постоит ночь в холодильнике 🙂
