I love this fruit salad with lime yogurt dressing. It's super simple and a different way to enjoy your fruit! BTW, this back to school season has me beat. We have had countless meetings, appointments, practices (soccer and swimming) and well being a mommy to 4 active kids wipes me out each day. Prawn Pasta 🍝🍀🍽 This is so simple but full of flavour 😍

Get yourself a pot of water and boil pasta of your choice. I prefer either spaghetti or tagliatele for this dish.
Chop some onion, fresh chilli and fresh tomotoes and cook until golden. Add some Tomato puree to the pan, water, mixed herbs and fresh mince garlic and simmer down. Take the pasta off the boil and add to the sauce. Add the prawns into the pan at the last minute to warm through. Garnish with salt, pepper and parsley.

Finally after all the hype, gave Katsuya’s new DT location a try! The restaurant was smaller than I expect but the decor was super cute. It’s also in the perfect location for RU students πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

The portions were HUGE 😱and was definitely worth the price! No way would I have ever been able to finish one by myself, saved half for lunch the next day. Had the pork tender with curry and the meat was thick and really good quality! Max had the chicken and it was also really thick cut and juicy. I loved the breading, super light and wasn’t overpowering but there was enough to soak up all the sauce ☺️. I recommend sharing two entrees so you can get the most out of their menu.

Chicken Peri Peri, feta cheese and vegetable bake 😍

Cut up any vegetables and place in a tray. I've used peppers, onions, aubergine and courgettes. Place some plain chicken drumsticks on top. I've seasoned mine with a red chilli Peri Peri sauce from Jethros. I've tagged them in this post 😍 The last 10 mins of baking I added some feta cheese too.
Salt and pepper to taste!
