Overnight oats is changing my life one day at a time. I realise I prefer quick cooking oats to rolled (same nutritional value, folks!), and using milk mostly with just a dash of yogurt. A routine breakfast if I ever been to Kuala Lumpur for work related task. The soup itself is already a gem. You can taste herbs and spices from the first sip of it. Although the noodle itself felt a bit soggy, thank goodness it has plenty mixture of beef to indulged with.
