🇦🇺 Aussie Pavlova Recipe -
- 6 egg whites
- 1 ¾ cup caster sugar
- 1 heaped tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 400 g thickened cream
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 mango
- 1 passionfruit
- icing sugar to dust
- preheat oven to 150˚C and line tray with baking paper.
Pop egg whites into the #KitchenAid mixer with whisk attachment.
- Start by whipping the egg whites on Speed 2 then move through to Speed 4 after a couple of min. When the egg whites turn into bubbly soft peaks, up the speed to 6 & add the sugar & cornflour, then increase to Speed 8 for 10–12 minutes until its a smooth, glossy meringue mixture.
- Now bring the speed down to 4 & add in vinegar & vanilla essence. Scrape down the meringue from the sides of the bowl every now and again with a spatula to make sure it mixes through. Let it mix for 1 min then switch off.
- Scoop out your meringue mixture onto the lined baking tray & form a flat circle shape. Smooth it out or get creative with twists and twirls. Pop in the oven & bake for between 1 to 1.5 hours until the meringue has set into a crunchy, crispy outside. When cracks start to appear on the top, its finished. Switch off the oven and allow the pavlova to cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
- Whip the cream on Speed 6 – 8. Add in the sugar & vanilla essence and continue to whip until the cream thickens and holds a nice shape.
Top your cooled pavlova with whipped cream and sliced fruit, and dust with icing sugar.

Il cavolo nero é un antinfiammatorio naturale, molto ricco di antiossidanti, sali minerali e vitamine.
Oggi ve lo propongo in questo primo piatto di gnocchi alla curcuma super buoni e gustosi.
Ingredienti x 3-4 persone:

Per gli gnocchi:
▪️Patate 500g
▪️Farina integrale 150g
▪️Curcuma un cucchiaino
▪️Sale q.b.
▪️Pepe nero

Per il sugo:
▪️Cavolo nero un mazzo circa 250g
▪️Cipollotti rossi 2
▪️Olio Evo
▪️Sale q.b.


Per gli gnocchi: ▪️Lavate le patate e fatele cuocere in abbondante acqua salata, una volta cotte raffreddatele sotto l’acqua e passatele nello schiacciapatate e lasciatele intiepidire in una ciotola.
▪️Quando sono tiepide unite la farina setacciata, la curcuma, il pepe e mescolate con un cucchiaio.
▪️Quando l’impasto è uniforme, impastatelo con le mani sul tavolo fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio (se è necessario aggiungete altra farina).
4》Prendete piccoli pezzi di impasto, formate dei rotolini (tipo grissini) e tagliate dei gnocchetti di 1cm di lunghezza.
5》Adagiateli su un vassoio infarinato e copriteli con un canovaccio.

Per il sugo: ▪️Tagliate finemente i cipollotti rossi e fateli rosolare in poco olio con un pizzico di sale. ▪️Separate le foglie del cavolo nero dalle coste interne, lavatele sotto l'acqua, tagliatele finemente e aggiungetele in padella con i cipollotti, procedete con la cottura e se serve aggiungete un goccio d'acqua.
▪️Cuociete gli gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata, una volta saliti in superficie, aggiungieteli al sugo, mescolate bene e aggiustate di sale.
