I’m gonna miss Summer 😭, but totally looking forward to the beauty that Autumn brings. I find after Summer, I look forward to the downward pull of energy and the natural grounding that we do as winter approaches. .
Still, I’m taking in ALL the salads before that happens. THIS ONE was epic. Watermelon & dragonfruit, with the rest from my garden: cucumber, chocolate mint leaves, strawberry, blueberry and loads of fresh lime juice. So tangy and refreshing for this Summer heat.
Taking time off screens this weekend to recalibrate my energy. I’ll be swapping screen time for
1. Extra time outdoors
2. Watering the garden
3. Making fresh, raw salads and eating them slowly
4. Breathwork and yoga (if the children allow that one... likry not 😂)
5. Lots of herbal tea.
