A full house today for lunch. I made my quick "everything but the kitchen sink curry":) with Puris.
Channa(Chickpea)-Egg-spinach-pea shoots curry.
Oil, cumin seeds, Onion , ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, finely chopped spinach and pea shoots, chili powder, salt and turmeric. Boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add cooked chickpeas, light coconut milk, garam masala powder and cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Last add the boiled eggs and serve.
