Justin Smillie, Executive Chef of @upland_nyc, travels down the street to collaborate with London-based Jason Atherton, Executive Chef of @clocktowernyc, to celebrate their unique culinary influences at a five-course dinner with corresponding wine pairings. The menu features rotating courses from the STARR Restaurants' chefs as well as a dessert course from Executive Pastry Chef Sebastien Rouxel.
