The Broth Fondue – originated in China – A man from Switzerland was visiting Asia and loved their spin on fondue so much, that he brought it back to to share with chefs from his county, and there the fondue court bouillon was born.
The Chocolate Fondue – originated in America – Mid 20th century. Although many claim to have discovered this dish, I’m sure we can all agree ... we are just glad that it was discovered!
