This week is Body Confidence Week, where together with @thebutterflyfoundation @sportsgirl my Ninjas and the rest of Australia, we celebrate body diversity and the amazing stuff our bods can do! 💪💛😘 Self love is like bread, it needs to be baked fresh every single day 🍞💜
If you focus on what your body can do and not what it looks like, you will feel happier 😄 Can you run fast, jump high, or beat a PB? Forget chasing the elusive 6 pack, forget skinny and thigh gaps and focus on the fit, focus on the strong 💪 The only focus we should have is loving the skin we're in and feeling healthy and happy 😍 Today I'm celebrating my body's amazing ability to carry this beautiful baby 👶 My body has changed with this journey and used to be able to do some pretty cool things like Taekwondo (and I will again in time, once bump isn't in the way), but I think growing this baby is pretty cool too. Thanks a gazillion, body! Love ya bod!
