Tomorrow is the start of week 2 of my new weightlifting/cardio HIIT fitness program. I’ll be dialing even more on my nutrition. This week’s meal prep is stuffed bell peppers, homemade sweet and sour chicken with quinoa, Southwest chopped salad with shrimp scampi, roasted veggies, a bunch of fresh fruit and of course Shakeology. Wow I didn’t realise I could sweat 💦 this much in 25mins.
This goes to show that you don’t need to work for hours down the gym the get results. This is less than 30mins an I’m burning/sweating.
