Ps: I hear it's best to get protein back in your bod within 30 minutes of working out --- which means sneaking Rigg's leftover snacks aren't' really cutting it. 😑😜 After we're done its not quite time for lunch, but I'm always hungry. I've been trying different options to quickly pop on the go: protein bars, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. But the jury is still out on what's the best! What do you eat after work outs? I'll read + appreciate all the tips you've got!
