You must try this delicious focaccia #pizza#recipe by @vegan.dy 😍 _ Vegan.DIY: #Cheesy Squash Focaccia . Activate 1 pack (7g) dry yeast in a bowl with 1 cup of luke-warm water. _ 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp olive oil for 5 mins. _ Add 2.5 cups of spelt flour + 1 tsp salt and knead thoroughly until you get a firm and elastic dough. _ Cover the bowl and let rest for 1-2 hours until dough has doubled in size. _ Knead again; roll into a rectangular shape about 1" thick. _ Cover and let rest again for 30 mins. _ Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. _ Brush the top with some #olive oil and top with diced #butternut#squash, #onions, vegan #cheese and freshly chopped #thyme. _ #Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the #focaccia is golden brown. _ Let cool down for 10 minutes and serve warm. 🍕. _ Go #vegan#plantbased for your #health + #animals + #environment
Sourdough focaccia. With outside temperatures 35 degrees C plus I put the dough in the fridge overnight to rise. Linseed, chia and sesame seeds. I think it could be a little thinner. 12 minutes at 280 degrees C on a pizza stone. #sourdough#focaccia
