Don't wait till Monday. So easy to put off what hasn't been getting done and say, I'll just start or start again Monday. Everyday, is a great new day to start something. Thursday was the chosen day here. The problem I have is my start pace, lol. I always want to start "slow" but end up adding something...then something else...and so on. 😂 Nothing wrong with that. Everyone has their own starting pace. Some take things slow and easy, while others dive right in. Nothing wrong with either, as long as you take the first step to your goals, which is usually get moving!! I got mine started with,
20min treadmill intervals
TRX circuit workout from @trxtraining
3x20 KB swings
3x10 single arm snatch, switch arm when finish
3x10 Jump squat with kettlebell
