Y’all, I did a thing.
I took my kids to an indoor trampoline park today. You have to wear these special socks with sticky bottoms. ☠️
It was just me and my 3 kids. (We met friends there. But no dad along to help wrangle my littles.)
And y’all, I jumped. On a trampoline. In public. On purpose.
I now have a full appreciation for the importance of pelvic floor strength. And realize just how badly I need to work on this. 😳😳😳
