🔺 Thousands of people have learned a backflip at APEX. Tag someone you want to do backflips with 🙌🏽
Big ups to all my 1 on 1 students who improved their backflips this year; I nabbed these mid-session highlights with my iPhone for better live analysis & feedback (ft. @ladyxcaptain @nik_arun @nick_romasanta). I regularly teach private lessons in the Denver/Boulder area so get in touch if you're ever interested in safe, effective progress, no bullshit.
"I wanna learn a backflip." Classic. Goes without saying. No surprise there...I mean come on, who WOULDN'T want to effortlessly stomp such a superhuman skill? Even though I've taught backflips to hundreds of people over the past decade, I still enjoy both the journey and the destination, every time. Backflips are badass. They make for a damn good party trick. They make you a sexier human. To be frank, backflips will even help woo your mate. Hey, just being honest here. Oh and I heard they're also decent for leveling up your abs, mental game, and general movement skills.
So why do I do this? I guess it's pretty simple. Helping others feel accomplished and powerful gives me joy as well.
