Circles not planes. The body doesn't move trough three invisible planes. Tri-planar movement was an artificial construct created by Industrial Age thought . Your body moves in circles, through incremental degrees of freedom. Only in rotation will your body find liberty and pain free potential. Linear movement does not exist. When you put the work in, the results will follow. The amount of times that I tried to get this movement down by myself, I didn't get anywhere. Always...ALWAYS reach out to someone that knows how to do an exercise or movement, and get their critique. Reaching out to other instructors and team leaders, I was able to understand the whole point of this movement. I am more than just determined to get a certain movement down; I'm hungry to learn more, do more, be more. Never stop moving forward.
