#Worry or #anxiety are #emotions and #thoughts about a #future that has not happened yet. We think about what MIGHT happen, more than we think of the space we are in NOW which creates the #energy and the conditions for our future. The #LawofAttraction, states that like attracts like, but even knowing this we often forget and get caught up in creating this fear energy based on future circumstances perceived by our imaginative minds. Anxiety, similarly to anger, masks the #present moment and takes away our focus on what is happening now. We can ask ourselves, what is the present situation? Is this happening now? If not, then there is really no point in holding on to this worry. We can use this to identify (as a tool for survival) things we may need such as planning food for the week, planning finances to pay bills etc, but being attached to the hows and the what ifs creates #stress, unease, prevents us from living #life to the full and is infectious to those around us. Anxiety is fear based, it causes stress, which in turn lowers the immune system and releases cortisone which causes inflamation in the body. Worry comes directly from a lack of #faith in that the #Universe will provide what is best for us at this time, even if on the surface it may at first seem negative. If the problem can be solved, or if it can’t, there really is no use in worrying or controlling an outcome that we cannot because of the many variables that may be presented to us in any given situation.
If we focus on dealing with what is given in the present moment from a place of #acceptance, we begin to notice that actually, most of the time, we deal with it easily and find that there really is nothing to worry about at all.
