We are proud to announce that we will be doing our 2nd official pop-up at @districtatmills this Thursday! . Our chickpea toona sushi burritos are back!!! They were a hit at the first pop-up and are back by popular demand. . Chickpea toona made with chickpeas, wild rice, hemp seed mayo in a Nori wrap & a tahini dressing for dipping. This recipe uses ingredients all approved by Dr. Sebi . We will also be serving an Alfredo pasta with The cookery pasta with our signature Cashew Alfredo Truffle, spinach, cherry tomatoes, & mushrooms with garlic bread and a side a kale salad @thecookeryflorida Soft tacos with white Jasmine rice, Spanish-style kidney beans, chickpea crumbles, pico de gallo, and our signature Cashew Queso with a side of kale salad.

Guys have you ever tried bbq tofu? If you haven’t you NEED too. I’m really wishing I remembered how I got the tofu so perfect ... do you ever look up a recipe and begin to follow then say fuck it and just do your own thing and it comes out delicious .. me all the time. Next time I’ll definitely write it down 😉 buttt is everyone having a good Thursday? My day flew by!! This week flew by.... this year flew by.... 2018 is right around the corner.....crazyyy Recipe below - - - -
1 head of broccoli chopped 🥦 1 container of extra firm tofu 1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s bbq 1 cup of diced pineapple 1/2 cup of black beans 1/2 cup of corn 1 onion 2 tbsp of garlic 3 tbsp almond flour (for tofu) - - - Sautéed onions & garlic on medium for about 10 minutes until caramelized. Added broccoli and sautéed for about 10 minutes. Once the rice was finish I threw that all together and mixed in the corn and black beans. Once the tofu was done I combined & stirred everything all together and topped it with diced pineapple.
