It means hand made pasta, Ravioli with fresh handmade Sheep Ricotta, parsley, and Pecorino. Flora, my mother, woke up very early this morning to prepare our sunday lunch. We are waiting for my sister's family, my nephew, my Aunt's family with all my cousins. But now, stop talking, it's time for another espresso made with our old Bialetti, and relax reading news paper near the fireplace. I know what you are thinking:"Hey, when you work over there?" Ok, there is not to much work to do here, but life is beautiful, so relax people, relax! Buona domenica a tutti.
