Life has a way of throwing obstacles in your path when you least expect them and pretty much always when you are going to have a hell of a time overcoming them. .
I have always believed that we are never given anything we can't handle but holy effing moly that belief has been put to the test often this year. .
While it isn't always easy to move through our personal shit storms with grace, it definitely helps if we have methods of getting grounded and uplifted despite it all. .
Two tried and tested methods of getting your head out of the clouds, or your ass... are:
