Smith machine lower body workout 😄

I know it's not the greatest quality but I've finally been seeing results with my workouts and decided to share one with you guys ☺️💪🏼 Glutes has been the HARDEST muscle for me to grow because it's unfortunately not in my genetics to have a huge 🍑 but that's not going to keep me from trying 😇
warmup: stair master for 8 minutes .
Pyramid style (decrease the reps as you increase the weight)
4x 14,12,10,8 reps - let your abs and glutes do the work, NOT your lower back
Exercise 2️⃣: YES it looks soooo stupid but I swear your whole 🍑 will be throbbing the next day
5x10 reps (I'm using 20lbs on each side right now )
4x10 each leg
For the Bulgarian lunges I have a barbell pad cushioning the top of my foot and I find the exercise to be much more effective on the smith machine than on a bench. Make sure you superset these exercises with the same working leg 😁 -
