I haven't done any arm balancing in such a long time! And i don't even know why because i love them!
Happy Sunday, my friends - seems like the weekend is almost over again 😩
So here's the story: i haven't been working out since wednesday because of a cold and nurished my body with more sugar than usual during this weekend. But guess what? I feel fine. The reason i'm saying this is because there are so many people here sharing their perfect healthy food (not to be mean, i love those pictures!) but sometimes this can be a little frustrating. Maybe you didn't eat that healthy today. Maybe you didn't work out. Who cares? You do - so tell yourself that's alright.
For me, this has always been the hardest part. Telling myself that it is okay not to work out a day or enjoy some cookies. The world won't end from this. Remember that!
And we hear that so often - balance is the key! So after this weekend, i did a piit workout today and make sure i eat some yummy, healthy dinner to give my body what it truly deserves. 🌺
