I get tons of questions regarding back flexibility, especially this one: “What poses can one do to increase back flexibility”. So I put together a short video with my top 13 favorite poses to help strengthen and open the entire back. For each pose, take you time getting into it, notice how each asana makes you feel – what it releases and invites into your body. If there is any pain while you are practicing, ease off. But also notices the difference from pain & stretching, some get confused with this, that’s why its important to really listen to your bodyand how its responding.
Hold poses anywhere from 3-5 rounds of breaths. Bath goals!
Oh my, I’ve woken with sore muscles this morning.
I had a fantastic gym session last night, trying out a few new things, but I struggled to sleep and my muscles ache now.
Thank goodness I’ve finally got around to booking into the yoga class i’ve been meaning to for the past 18 months.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been to other classes and I used to teach, so I get my yogi on regularly, but this class is the best for how I feel today.
But bath time, that’s what I also need, and yet I only have a shower.
Need to set some bath goals for my next move, which isn’t too far away! 💞 ✨

몸매가 하루 아침에 얻어지는 것 처럼 보이겠지만
일찍 일어나서 식단관리, 생활패턴관리, 스트레칭, 웨이트 등등
신경쓸게 너무 너무 많아요.
남들 술마시고 클럽가서 불금 보낼 때 저는 헬스클럽가요;
절대로 하루아침에 얻어지는건 없습니다.
저는 음주가무 안좋아하고 쓸데없이
사람도 많이 안사귀는 편이라
혼자 운동하고 시간보내는게 취미입니당.
음주가무와 헛소문,비방으로 시간 보낼바에는
저처럼 셀프 비디오 찍으면서 자세 체크하고 몸매 체크하고
그렇게 시간을 한번 보내보세요
