This was taken 2 weeks prior to my holiday last July!

This was taken after 10 weeks (out of 12) and there was no pre-show carb depletion / carb-up!
During those 12 weeks, I was still playing rugby (not very well at all!); working; and studying for my end of semester exams, as well as a trip to New York around the 6 week mark!
If I can do it, literally anybody can!
