Popped a couple winter warmers last night with my friend from waaaay back when, @swbain! First off, @mantraartisan, were y’all sealing a demon in these?? That was a LOT of wax. But, after 20 minutes of uncoordinated knife work, what an unbelievable sour; total stud. Jam for days. Almost got some toast out. And always nice to revisit the work of my friends at @aardwolf_brew, a lovely red wine BA balance that played with the Belgian candi sugar vibes beautifully. Getting to be stout season here in #Smashville, y’all!
