Has the best toast to start off my week 😍 on my toast is @bellplantation cocoa powdered peanut butter, banana slices, and spectrum essentials ground chia and flax that has dried peaches and apricots in it!! Seriously so good 😋😋 happy Monday!
Nothing better than a cute smoothie bowl to start the week, right! Smoothie made with avocado, bananas, hemp seeds, flax seeds, Black Molasses, day milk made with coconut water & Udo’s oil for ômega. •••••••••••🌱🌾 Vegan 🌱 •••••••••••••
Ingredients: 2 cups oatmeal (ground oats) 1/4 cup flaxseeds (ground) 2 bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk Blend oats and flaxseeds. Add the bananas, eggs and milk and blend until all ingredients form a smooth batter. Heat pan and butter it slightly, wiping with kitchen paper. Do this between every batch of pancakes. Place a heaped tablespoon of batter if making small pancakes or more for larger pancakes. Pancakes can be frozen in a resealable bag with greaseproof paper between each one to prevent them from sticking.
