How I made it?
I blended cottage cheese, 2tbs of flax seeds and oats and few plums, added pinch (okay maybe two😅) of cinnamon and topped it with pear •

👉I made Flaxseed Crisps by soaking whole Flax seeds overnight with some spices and crisping them on both sides under the hot grill (approx 10 mints). The delicious and satisfying Falxseed Bars - I mixed equal amounts of ground flax seeds and ground almonds a bit of coconut flour and spices and free range eggs, baked for approx 20-30 mintes in moderate oven. 👉Pls feel free to msg me if you would like a more detailed recipe.

5 cdas. semillas lino
80 ml. agua
1/4 cebolla muy picada
2 dientes ajos
sal, pimienta y tomillo
5 cdas. semillas sésamo
5 cdas. pipas girasol
5 cdas. pipas calabaza
3 cdas. aceite

➰Dejar reposar la mezcla 30min.
➰Estiramos la mezcla en una bandeja y hacemos unos cortes para dar forma a los crackers.
➰Horno a 180 grados unos 20 min. .
