I just happened to find the best and the fanciest and the healthiest family dinner ever, ready in just 30 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup olive oil with 4 garlic cloves, 1tbsp paprika, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp salt and 1tsp pepper. Cut about 800g chicken into portions and cover them thoroughly with half of the marinade. With another 2tbsp of the mixture season 1 cup Bulgarian full-fat yoghurt and set it aside (or refrigerate). Put 500g cherry tomatoes, 2-3 unpeeled potatoes in wedges, 200-300g chickpeas and 200g Bulgarian white cheese in a bowl, and season with the rest of the marinade. Sear the meat in a hot oiled pan for 2 min each side and transfer into a paper lined baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 240C degrees, then reduce to 200C, arrange tomatoes, chickpeas and cheese around and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup freshly cut coriander and parsley, serve with a yogurt dollop and generously and uncontrollably enjoy.
