Been many years since I've wanted to lose weight and get fit again. Trying to eat healthy and cutting down on sugary drinks so here's a fruit platter in place of macarons to end the day and honey water with apple cider vinegar and chia seeds for tomorrow's work.
Here's hoping I stick to the plan and not end up dreaming again. Even though we all know it's so much easier to do it in our dreams. Lol
