'People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.' - Theodore Roosevelt
Your smile is your logo.
Your personality is your business card.
How you leave others feeling after an experience with you become a trademark.
I remembered when I was in a different industry, someone told me, 'Recognising every interaction that you have, is an opportunity to make a positive impact on others.'
So, everyday is a day to put a smile on everyone face, especially during the pre and post classes moment.
I know it's always game face during class but I'll try to interact the moment you step into the studio or just before the last final moment you step out.
We have 'our ways' when we enter a yoga studio or shala.
🔸Interact with people around silently
🔸Play Candy Crush 15 min before class while lying on the block (or any other games)
🔸Warming up injury prone body parts
🔸Scrolling through for new leggings
🔸Watch soap drama
🔸Meditating in seated or savasana
🔸Work on that stiff part of the body
🔸Texting our significant other
🔸Work related conversation on the phone
🔸Post yoga plans. Movie, meal or family time
🔸Calming our mind (Did I sign up the wrong class?) as we saw someone across the room warming up with pincha, handstands, full splits or king cobra pose
🔸Myofascial Trigger Release or strap work
Everyone is so busy, especially right after work hours.
And I truly respect your dedication for coming in to class to work on your goals.
Seeing a smile on everyone face has been the best birthday present for this year!
Many more smiles everyone!
