January 2016- May 2017, 190lbs-176lbs. The main reason why I'm posting this is because this was the type of stuff that motivated, and set that fire under me during my lowest points. Seeing others doing something I wanted to achieve allowed me to understand that If they could do it, I could do it, and I will do it better. I realized that you don't only have to want to change, but you have to find out what it takes to change and apply it. Consistency is key, and it's not going to be easy at all. I not only transformed my body, but I went from a deep depression were I saw a psychiatrist, to having a great state of mind and working at a very respectable business internship. Only you can determine where you take your life, so if you don't like where you are going, start to change it now because there will never be a perfect time.
