Yesterday was my first rest day in about 3 weeks. The day before I felt super tired and had a couple minor injuries. So I decided to have a rest day! I of course want lazy all day. I stretched for about 40 minutes and did a like 20 minutes with my blackroll. Then today was chest day! I had a really good pump again and felt like I made some progress. Increased the weight on a couple of exercises as well. I also went swimming earlier which felt really good too!
