I took my trainer’s advice and upped my weights by 2-5 pounds and felt SO STRONG after two days of rest. 💪🏻
I reminded my bootcamp ladies that we have the opportunity in this moment to determine the tone of our week. There will likely be plenty of circumstances out of our control, but keep in mind what is still left in our control after all of that. I bet you’d be surprised. 😉 learn from last week, use what worked and switch up what didn’t. That goes for my workout, nutrition, relationships, work ethic, productivity, you name it. 💙 this is life, and life isn’t perfect but we have much more control of our outcomes than we sometimes give ourselves credit for.
